Southern Nevada Culinary & Bartenders Pension Fund

The Union Pension is another significant benefit won by the membership that costs you nothing because it is paid entirely by your employer. The Pension has many special features intended to protect you and your family, but its primary purpose is to provide you with a steady source of income when you retire. Because employers pay into the Pension by the hour, "steady-extra" and part-time workers can qualify for benefits.

Pension Plan Mission:
The purpose of the Plan is to provide eligible retirees with pension retirement benefits based on their years worked in the industry. The Plan's benefits are in addition to Social Security, individual savings, and insurance.
